Chen founded ClearMountain Capital in 2014 as a real estate investment platform targeting real estate opportunities in the U.S. Since inception, Chen has led multiple investments across residential multi-family, single-family, retail and student housing in Connecticut.
Chen graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences and from Columbia University with a Master’s in Public Administration.
Ran is a co-founder of ClearMountain Capital and leads the business development and strategic growth efforts for the firm, sourcing investment opportunities and managing industry partners. Ran started his career as an analyst at UBS and is currently a licensed real estate broker in New York.
Ran graduated from New York University, Stern School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Political Economics.
Chief Operating Officer
Chok oversees all investment and development activities for ClearMountain. Previously, Chok was a VP at Pretium Partners managing investments and analytics for its real estate and mortgage portfolios valued at over $6.5 billion. Chok began his career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan, covering real estate, industrial and energy companies.
Chok graduated from Columbia University with an MS in Real Estate Development and from Baruch College with a BBA in Finance & Investments.
